Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked and sent with proof of posting within 28 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be:
- in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached to it.
- we would not be able to accept a product if it shows any signs of damage.
- we request you to pack the return product safely and securely. We strictly won’t accept any damaged or lost item in transit, for instance:- If a complaint was raised for wrong good delivered and the reverse shipment gets damaged in transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and we may not give a full refund or replacement).
In order to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us or email us at: email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. Remember to provide us your:
- Full Name
- Email address used to purchase the item (if different than the one you are emailing from)
- Order Number
- Reason of your return
- We will try to solve the issue, if you are still not satisfied then we will provide you with a return address and a number to be placed inside the packaging.
- Place the item securely in its original packaging and return the item by paying the correct postage fee. If the item is worth more than £60, we would recommend using trackable parcels labels. The return postage cost will not be refunded, unless otherwise discussed with you.
- That’s all we will then contact you as soon as the item is received and inspected.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. If the item is in unused condition with all original tags and label attached, then we will refund you in your original payment method used for purchasing the item. If the item is not in the condition mentioned above then we may not be able to accept your refund request and the item may return back to you, unless otherwise arranged to do so. In any case we will contact you to inform about the status of your refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RECEIVED
In case you received a wrong product from us then please contact us within 28 days to arrange a refund or replacement of your product.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
